Code of Good Practice on the prevention and elimination of violence and harassment in the workplace
On 18 March 2022, The Minister of Employment and Labour, under the EEA published the final Code of Good Practice on the Prevention and Elimination of Harassment and Violence in the Workplace.
This code identifies steps that employers must take in order to eliminate harassment and violence in the workplace. One of them is to ensure that awareness training is implemented to educate everyone in the organization regarding harassment.
